CDL, Hong Leong unit snap up Amber Park for $906.7m, setting new record for freehold property sold en bloc
Amber Park, a freehold condo at 14 and 16 Amber Gardens, was bought en bloc by the distinguished developers CDL and Hong Realty.
At the sale price of $906.7 million, the land rate would work out to be about $1,515 per square feet per plot ratio (psf ppr).
Amber Park has a land area of 213,675 square feet. The new project will retain its old name of Amber Park.
The site of Amber Park is served by the 2 roads of Amber Road and Amber Gardens. The developers will build 592 apartments at the site, which will comprise of 1 to 5 Bedrooms and 4 Penthouses.
The appointed architect for the District 15 Condo is Chan Soo Khian, of SCDA Architects.
