Sky Eden @ Bedok is a brand-new District 16 Mixed-use Development developed by Frasers Property. The new launch project will sit on the site of the former Bedok Point shopping mall.

Bedok Point previously uses the address of 799 New Upper Changi Road, Singapore 467351. Sky Eden@Bedok will instead be using the new address of 1 Bedok Central, Singapore 469657, which will reflect both its status as a new development and its superb location at the heart of Bedok.

The 99-year new development will consist of 158 residential apartments sitting on top of 12 commercial units on the ground floor. There would be two levels of basement parking for both shoppers and residents.

Sky Eden@Bedok will be 17-Storey high, which is in line with the heights of Bedok Residences and the 10 HDB blocks at Linear Green @ Bedok.

The site area of Sky Eden@Bedok is approximately 16,774 square feet, with a plot ratio of 3.5 under the 2019 URA Master Plan.

Project Details

Frasers Property has appointed the award-winning Singapore-based ADDP Architects LLP as the architect of the development. Past projects designed by ADDP Architects include the District 9 development of Martin Modern, the District 15 Condo of Seaside Residences, Avenue South Residence and Grandeur Park Residences, which is a District 16 Condominium situated at the nearby Tanah Merah.

There will be two residential towers in the development, which are named the North Tower and the South Tower.

Each tower will have 5 stacks, with the North Tower having 1 stack of 2-Bedroom Deluxe, 2 stacks of 3-Bedroom Deluxe and 2 stacks of 3-Bedroom Premium, while the South Tower will consist of 3 stacks of 2-Bedroom Premium, 1 stack of 3-Bedroom Premium and 1 stack of 4-Bedroom Premium.

The 2 towers are joined by a sky garden on every floor from Level 2 to 17.

The communal facilities are located on Level 2.
