Frasers Property will redevelop the Bedok Point Shopping Mall, which is located at 799 New Upper Changi Road, into a residential development with commercial units on Level 1.
The new Mixed-use Development, named Sky Eden@Bedok, will comprise 12 retail shops on the ground floor, and 158 apartments comprising 2 – 4 Bedroom. The new address of Sky Eden will be changed to 1 Bedok Central.
Bedok Point is situated just 5 minutes walk from the Bedok MRT station and is within 1km from the SAP primary school of Red Swastika School, which is a popular choice for parents residing in Bedok to enroll their children in.
