Parkway Mansion sold for $146.99mil to Sustained Land-led consortium

The freehold development of Parkway Mansion has been sold to Sustained Land Pte Ltd at the land rate of $1,536 per square foot per plot ratio ($ psf ppr).

The sale price of $1,536 psf ppr was higher than the owners’ guide price and exceeded the prices of recent collective sales of freehold projects in the vicinity – Amber Park ($1,515 psf ppr) at 14 & 16 Amber Gardens, The Albracca ($1,409 psf ppr) at 1 Meyer Place and the low-rise development of Nanak Mansions ($1,429 psf ppr) at 92 – 128 Meyer Road.
