GuocoLand acquires Casa Meyfort for S$319.88m
The freehold development of Casa Meyfort, which is situated at 79 Meyer Road, has been purchased by eminent developer GuocoLand at an en bloc price of S$319.88 million.
The land rate of the purchase of the Marine Parade project translates to S$1,580 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
Guocoland will develop the new condo as a 200-unit development named Meyer Mansion.
