A UOL subsidary company has purchased the low-rise District 15 development of Nanak Mansions through an en bloc sale. The final price works out to be $1,429 psf per plot ratio (ppr).
The freehold development is situated within 500 metres from the Tanjong Katong MRT station, which is part of the Thomson-East Coast Line.
UOL will name the new project as Meyerhouse, which will comprise of fifty-seven large-sized residential units.
