SCDA Architects is the architect of the freehold District 15 condominium of Amber Park.

Founded in 1995 by Chan Soo Khian, SCDA is an award-winning design firm with offices in Singapore, New York and Shanghai.

The principal architect of SCDA, Chan Soo Khian graduated from Yale University with a Master’s degree in Architect. Since starting his architectural practice, he has witnessed a worldwide movement towards embracing sustainable architecture, which brings the twin benefits of cost savings and sustaining the natural environment.

As such, Chan Soo Khian has incorporated this trend to his practice. This has allowed him to design luxurious residential and hospitality projects which sport eco-friendly operations.
